apèsi sou lekòl la

Osaka University te fonde an 1931 kòm inivèsite a sizyèm Imperial nan Japon nan gwo demand soti nan biznis yo ak gouvènman sektè yo nan Osaka, osi byen ke moun yo nan Osaka City ak Prefecture. Rasin yo nan Osaka University ka jwenn nan Kaitokudo ak Tekijuku nan peryòd la EDO. Kilti a akademik ak lespri nan de kote sa yo nan bousdetid yo eritye menm jodi a, ak Lespri Bondye a nan inovasyon ak yon lespri M'enerve nan defi sèvi kòm eleman enpòtan pou inisyativ nou yo nan edikasyon ak rechèch. Apre yo te fin yon antreprann gwo fusion Osaka University ak Osaka University of Etid etranje nan 2007, te inivèsite a montre ke li pral kontinye devlope kòm youn nan dirijan inivèsite konplè rechèch Japon an.

Kòm ou ka deja konnen, anviwònman an ki antoure inivèsite nasyonal se rapidman chanje. vag la kounye a nan globalizasyon se torantueu nan yon apante firye, epi gen yon tann fò ak demann nan resous imen ak kolaborasyon endistri-edikasyon soti nan nasyon an ak sosyete. Yon responsablite enpòtan nan inivèsite a se reponn egzije yo nan sitwayen yo ak sosyete ansanm ak fè pwomosyon pi bon an trè nan edikasyon ak rechèch.

Menm nan sikonstans sa yo tankou sa yo, Osaka University te aksepte divèsite, parèt fleksibilite li yo nan direksyon chanjman, ak espò karakteristik ki valè moun nan. An plis, Osaka University posede yon bon "fondasyon" ak "fòs" trikote pa edikasyon nivo segondè, epi kapasite rechèch, fòs la nan amoni fakilte, pwa a nan tradisyon ak avantaj nan peyi ki Osaka. Mwen rezoud yo bati yon fondasyon fèm pou Osaka University nan itilize potansyèl sa a eksepsyonèl ak konekte vo a vre nan chak moun ak evolisyon nan Osaka University. An plis, Mwen gen entansyon bay tout pouswiv koneksyon an mityèl fè moun konnen sa divès posede pa Osaka University, tankou yon òkestrasyon fè moun konnen, osi byen ke kreyasyon an kontinye nan konesans sa a eksepsyonèl pa elèv, fakilte, ak anplwaye, yon ko-kreyasyon nan kalite, ak kontribisyon li nan sosyete. Senpleman mete, Mwen pral pouse sa a "òkestrasyon ak ko-kreyasyon konesans" nan limit li yo.

Pwomosyon ak dyalòg ak konfòme yo avèk otonomi yo tou de defann nan la Osaka University Charter, mete an vigè nan mwa mas 2003. Nan lòt mo, sa a reprezante respè a mityèl ant fakilte, anplwaye, ak elèv atravè dyalòg, kèlkeswa pozisyon, osi byen ke kwayans nan pwòp solisyon yon sèl la a defi yo ki kouche devan ou. Mwen vize nan plas yon patikilye konsantre sou prensip sa yo fondamantal pandan y ap lajman mete ann aplikasyon yo lakou lekòl la-lajè.

nan eku, gen yon prensip pou yo te tou de likid ak chanje, ak nan misyon an ak wòl nan yon inivèsite nasyonal, Mwen kwè ke gen bagay ke nou pa dwe chanje ak bagay ki nou dwe. Li enpòtan yo genyèn flexibilité reponn apèl la nan sosyete ak sitwayen li yo pandan y ap tou kenbe yon tradisyon pozitif. Mwen gen entansyon mete yon anfaz sou apwòch sa a pandan y ap ègzèrsé tout enèji mwen an pou evolisyon nan ak ekspansyon nan Osaka University.

Mwen avèk imilite mande sipò ou ak koperasyon.

Istwa

Academic traditions of the university reach back to Kaitokudō , an Edo-period school for local citizens founded in 1724, ak Tekijuku, a school of Rangaku for samurai founded by Ogata Kōan in 1838. The spirit of the university’s human sciences is believed to be intimately rooted in Kaitokudo, whereas that of the natural and applied sciences, ki gen ladan medikaman, is widely believed to be based on Tekijuku.

Osaka University traces its origin back to 1869 when Osaka Prefectural Medical School was founded in downtown Osaka. The school was later transformed into the Osaka Prefectural Medical College with university status by the University Ordinance (Imperial Ordinance No. 388 nan 1918) nan 1919. The college merged with the newly founded College of Science to form Osaka Imperial University nan 1931. Osaka Imperial University was inaugurated as the sixth imperial university in Japan. As part of the University, Osaka Technical College was later included to form the school of Engineering two years later. The university was eventually renamed Osaka University nan 1947.

Merging with Naniwa High School and Osaka High School as a result of the government’s education system reform in 1949, Osaka University started its postwar era with five faculties: Syans, Medsin, jeni, lèt, ak Lwa. After that, kapasite, lekòl gradye, and research institutes have been successively established. Among these are the School of Engineering Science, the first of its kind among Japanese national universities, which draws upon the excellence of both sciences and engineering disciplines, and the School of Human Sciences, which covers its cross-disciplinary research interest as broadly as psychology, sosyoloji, and education. Built on the then-existing faculties, 10 graduate schools were set up as part of the government’s education system reform program in 1953. Two graduate schools, the Graduate School of Language and Culture and the cross-disciplinary and cross-institutional Osaka School of International Public Policy, add to the list, making the number of graduate schools reach 12 nan 1994.

nan 1993, Osaka University Hospital was relocated from the Nakanoshima campus in downtown Osaka to the Suita campus, completing the implementation of the university’s plan to integrate the scattered facilities into the Suita and Toyonaka campuses. nan mwa Oktòb 2007, a merger between Osaka University and Osaka University of Foreign Studies was completed. The merger made Osaka University one of two national universities in the country with a School of Foreign Studies (with Tokyo University of Foreign Studies). An plis, the merger made the university the largest national university in the country.

nan 2009, Osaka University implemented a major revision of its website. The result is a website much more accessible and informative to persons not versed in the Japanese language — a site much more user-friendly to international exchange students, international researchers, and expatriates living in the Osaka area. kounye a, thanks to the work of theCreative Unit,” virtually all Osaka University’s web pages come in pairs — a Japanese page and the same page in English. These pairings include frequent updates on symposiums, seminè, and other events open to staff, elèv yo ak, often, the general public.
